How does pricing based on the number of data sources work?
Upon subscribing to Relative Insight, you’ll specify the data source(s) you want to analyze. Pricing will depend on the number of connected data sources. For example, many customers choose to connect their survey and social listening platforms. You will be able to analyze an unlimited number of words or messages from the specified source(s). Connecting additional data sources will incur an additional charge.
How much do additional user licenses cost?
Have a big team? The more user licenses you need, the cheaper the cost per license will be. Request a quote for more details.
Are there any limits on the number of words or messages that can be analyzed?
We hate hidden costs! Unlike many other text analysis tools, we don’t charge on a per word or per message basis.
Do you offer monthly plans?
We do not offer monthly plans. Our minimum contract duration is one year.
How do research service packages work?
Research services packages provide customers with support in the analysis of data for their projects. Customers are expected to brief Relative Insight on the project and be available for feedback sessions on the project output. The output will be presented by our team in a playback session and made available to customers directly in the platform. A maximum of 5 hours of research support will be provided per month.
